We are a short walk to the famous Old Orchard Beach Amusement Pier, arcades, shops, live music (the Brunswick beach bar is 500 feet away), restaurants, and fine dining (Joseph’s “by the sea” is literally across the street). In addition, a few minutes driving will take you to great golf courses, deep-sea fishing, concerts, churches, and quaint shops, all with a touch of New England hospitality. Moreover, 20 minutes north is Fun Town USA, Aquabaggon waterpark, theaters, the Maine Mall, and museums. Take the time to visit Portland’s vibrant Old Port. It’s a “Foodie paradise”!

Our Story – Adventure is US!
We are natural “Hoteliers”. We love meeting new people, hearing new stories, and sharing a few laughs with our guests. We’ve come to Old Orchard to begin a new adventure after owning and operating the Footbridge North Hotel in Wells Maine. The Footbridge North Hotel was our first hotel, and we built a great business with many customers who became friends. Leaving Wells, and the Footbridge North Hotel, was bittersweet. We are excited to return to the natural beauty of Old Orchard Beach.
Our Journey – A long trip back!
Old Orchard Beach! Our journey back to OOB is complete, but it began many years ago. For Lisa, OOB is a place of childhood memories. Her grandparents rented a cottage during the summers. Peter’s journey back to OOB is the fulfillment of a 30 year dream that began during his years as a lifeguard starting in 1978 through the summer of 1983. We hope that your visit to our hotel, ‘Seagrass Inn,’ and your time on Old Orchard Beach will mean as much to you as this place means to us!
