When you book directly through SeagrassInn.me or by phone at 207-934-4866, our reservation policy gives you the most flexibility. A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at the time of booking. All rooms are based on double occupancy; additional guests over 16 years old are charged $35 per person, per night.

Cancellations are permitted up to 5 days before your arrival date for a $50 cancellation fee and the remaining deposit is refunded. Cancellations made fewer than 5 days out forfeit the deposit entirely. Holidays and promotional bookings require full, non-refundable payment upfront.
