No pets are allowed at Seagrass Inn. If a pet is discovered in your room, you will be asked to leave immediately, and your reservation will be charged in full plus a $300 “pet in room” fee per animal, per night. We take this seriously to protect guests with allergies. ADA-recognized service animals are welcome, but must be checked in at the front desk at the time of registration and cannot be left unattended on the property. Note that emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals under Maine state law (as of March 2024).

Smoking, including tobacco, marijuana, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and incense, is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and near the exterior HVAC units. Violations carry a minimum $250 fee. Designated smoking areas are available away from guest accommodations. Compared to many OOB motels and motels near Old Orchard Beach, Maine that have inconsistent enforcement, our strict policy ensures a cleaner, fresher environment for every guest.
